Occasionally, there are mornings when I feel a sudden need for a nice pair of knickers...or socks...or shirt. And when one isn't readily available out in the open, I go snooping for it in My Feeder's dresser drawers.
These are often closed tightly, so I have to resort to digging through the gap provided in order to find what I'm looking for. I pull out socks, bras and underwear until I find that purrr-fect piece of clothing that will make me feel special throughout the day. Sometimes, I pull out half the drawer and STILL haven't found anything acceptable.
This is when I flatten down all my fur and squeeze myself through the hole to rummage around deep within. Luckily for me, the socks I was looking for were near the top, so I didn't need to make that much of a mess.
You may not know it, but a lot of work goes into looking this pretty.

I'm glad the drawers have those tiny gaps so you can access your perfect outfit. I bet your feeder is very surprised to find half the items in the drawer lying on the floor after you've finished.
I need you to come and catch the mourning doves, who, although they sound nice, have hogged all the bird seed for the finches and sparrows around here.
Our Ollie does that, too, except only through cracks in the closet door. I don't understand why she does it, though. She has access to fresh soft clothes every morning when her Daddy is getting ready. He always lets her lie on and play in his clothes first :-)
You've really got some good ideas there - I think I'll ry them!
